If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns and exchanges on items within 30 days of purchase. If you have an issue with your order or product, we will gladly help you find either a different product or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned products must  be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned products must be new and unused.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Contact us here at Yum Distribution and tell us about your order and the products you purchased.
• Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
• Send all items back to us using the label provided.
